Minutes of July 25, 2013

The meeting was called to order by President Alan brown at 7:02 PM.

The group pledged allegiance to the flags of the United States and to the State of Texas.

Invocation was led by Robert Head.

Minutes of the previous meeting were presented by Richard Stone. Robert Head moved to accept the minutes as presented. Benny Owens seconded the motion. The minutes were accepted.

The Treasury Report was presented by Richard Stone.

June electric bill 20.79

July electric bill 19.51

Current balance is 850.69

Robert moved to approve the Treasury report. Benny seconded the motion. The motion carried and the Treasury report is approved.

Laurence Ewell asked if he could receive the meeting notice by text. It was decided that as soon as the secretary returns, that can be accomplished.

A discussion was held about awarding a 1^st year membership to 1^st year licensees. The club will address it further at a later time.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:26 PM.
