Derek Pausewang called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm. After the pledges to the US and Texas flags, Ronnie Head offered a prayer.

Henry McKinney gave the treasurer’s report. After two months electric bills for the repeater, the balance is $749.78.

Rose Head read the secretary’s report. Richard Stone moved and Robert Head seconded that the minutes be approved as read. Motion carried.

In old business, Walter Kovar will continue to serve the club in all public relations.

In new business, we discussed the goat cook-off which will be April 26. The booth costs $25 with an additional $10 or $15 for electricity. Rose moved and Jack Garner seconded that the club participate again this year. The motion passed.

Field Day is the last weekend in June. Walter said the new rules are out. Robert is trying to contact the land owner for permission to use the site again. He is J. T. Auldridge, 817-905-2195.

The Belton HamFest is March 29. Ronnie will get a table for the club.

Storm Watcher training will be next Tuesday.

Rose moved that the meeting be adjourned. Richard seconded the motion. The meeting adjourned at 7:42 pm.
